Gift Plan Service F.A.Q.
Q. What is a gift plan?
A. A gift plan is a personalised gift list from which your friends and family can select to buy items for your child. It ensures that your child doesn’t receive duplicate, unsuitable or unwanted gifts and enables the management of contributions to larger items.
Q. How do I create a Gift Plan?
A. Your local agent will arrange a convenient time to meet up with you. They will talk you through the catalogue and show you samples. They will be able to help advise you of which products would be most suitable for your child.
Q. I have friends whose children all have birthdays around the same time. Can we have a Gift Plan Party?
A. Absolutely. Busy Kiddies parties are great social occasions with the advantage of also getting a job done, namely sorting out your child’s gift list.
Q. I don’t have the time to meet with a local agent, is there a quicker way to create a Gift Plan?
A. Yes. If you prefer, our catalogue is available online. You can then email or telephone your list to your local agent who will still be able to answer any questions you may have via your preferred communication method. Please click here to view our catalogue.
Q. Is it possible for friends and family to club together to buy some of the larger items?
A. Absolutely, and this is one of the great advantages of using our Gift Plan service. Your local agent will manage the complexities of people joining together to buy items.
Q. How do my friends and family buy items for my child?
A. Once your list of gifts has been decided, you will need to be pass on your local agent’s contact details to your friends and family. They will be able to talk directly (via email or phone) to the local agent with whom you created the list. Your local agent will manage your list, keeping track of who has bought what.
Q. How are my child’s gifts delivered?
A. When creating the Gift Plan, a delivery (or collection) date will be agreed and your agent will ensure that the items purchased by friends and family and ready by that date. Alternatively, local friends and family can arrange to collect the items they have bought.
Q. What about gift wrapping?
A. Your local agent is also able to offer to your friends and family a gift wrapping service. The wrapping paper can be selected either by yourself or your friends and family. To find out more about our Gift Wrapping service please click here.

Q. There doesn’t seem to be a local agent covering my area, can I still use your Gift Plan Service?
A. Yes, but delivery charges will apply. For more information contact sales@busykiddies.co.uk. Alternatively you may want to consider signing up as a Busy Kiddies Independent Agent.
